We will present the recipients of the 2022 Instruments for Young Lives program as well as celebrate and honor the life of Ron “Doc” Hufstader (1946-2019).
The event will be hosted on the patio at Sunset Gardens, 105 Lindbergh Ave, El Paso, TX 79932.
Classy-casual cuisine from Savage Goods including charcuterie board appetizers, plated dinner, wine and beer as well as a homemade dessert selection.

The El Paso Society for Musicians of the Future (EPSMF) is excited to announce our annual autumn bake sale fundraiser! Event begins at 10 AM and will be held at Sunset Gardens.
The El Paso Society for Musicians of the Future (EPSMF) presents the second annual competition showcase for young composers. OM/NI – Original Music/New Ideas – fills a niche that reaches out to young composers and provides an opportunity to share original classical music. The competition was launched nationally in September 2017 to composers in two categories, the Junior Division (ages 9 to 16) and Emerging Composers (ages 17-25), for solo piano scores.
The El Paso Society for Musicians of the Future is proud to present our 2019 annual summer concert entitled "Most Wanted". A concert of music inspired by the best of the spaghetti westerns and the award-winning Red Dead Redemption western-action adventure video game. Featuring Linda Hiort, soprano, and Kristin Yost, piano, and presenting the 2019 Young Musicians Awards.

The El Paso Society for Musicians of the Future (EPSMF) is pleased to announce its 2019 honoree, the El Paso Community Foundation. Each year EPSMF celebrates an outstanding person or organization who has been integral to the support and continuation of the Arts in El Paso and the surrounding area.
This event will also include the Instruments for Young Lives Awards (IYL), an EPSMF program designed to support music students who demonstrate academic and musical excellence along with unmet financial need. Three students will receive musical instruments to support their continued education in the Arts.
