EPSMF recognizes Judi Wilkinson for her service as an educator, dedication to the Ars, and support for students, and professional music colleagues. She has recently retired from the University of Texas at El Paso. Judi is honored at the 2026 Awards Dinner on June 19, 2026 at Sunset Gardens in El Paso’s Upper Valley.
