EPSMF supports the current generation of dedicated young musicians as they become future leaders in their communities through leadership activities, outreach, and education. Competition finalists and instrument recipients participate in the EPSMF Ambassador Leadership Program (ALPs) to build leadership skills adn foster community and cultural egagement. Outreach touches the community where music adds inspiration, insight, education, or comfort to lives through grass root efforts and organized activities. ALPs participants are encouraged to reach out and inspire in their communities with their music and skills along with participating in organized EPSMF opportunities, events, and / or educational collaborations.

Competition finalists commit to one year in the ALPs Program.

Instruments for Young Lives Recipients commit to two years in the ALPs Program.
